Collection of personal data.
By using our services, data is automatically collected by our data processing systems when you visit the website, this is exclusively technical data (e.g. IP address, information concerning your browser / operating system).
Website visit, usage of connected services.
a) Purpose, usage, processing
The data for visiting our website and related services are collected in order to ensure error-free provision of the website services, further for analysis purposes (details: point 4 - cookies, web analysis, tracking technology) as well as for security reasons to track criminal web activities and avert hacker attacks. The processing of this data is happening accordingly on the basis of the implementation of pre-contractual measures (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), out of legitimate interest in the provision of error-free, high-performance services (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as well as in protection against criminal internet activities and effective protection against hacker attacks from a related legal obligation (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
b) Deletion
The data collected in this context is stored in our systems for 6 months and then deleted. In the case of legal obligations, in particular when conducting official procedures, the deadline for deletion extends until the end of the procedure or until the legal obligation that applies to us ends.
